We offer fresh salted products, worked directly after harvest, by hand, following an ancestral Japanese process, with the greatest respect for plants. 

 

We also offer dehydrated products, at low temperature, to respect and preserve

WAKAME

UNDARIA PINNATIFIDA

PRESENTATION 

Wakame is part of the brown seaweed family.

 

Well known in Asia, it has been consumed for thousands of years.

 

With us, it is raised in the open sea, in a NATURA 2000 area.

Green-brown and dark green in color after bleaching, eIt is eaten raw or cooked.

 

It has a fine flavor with a slight oyster taste. It enhances the taste of your meats,fish and pies.

The longer it is cooked, the more binding it becomes.

Its central rib requires 10 minutes of cooking to soften.

ROYAL KOMBU
LAMINARIA SACCHARINA

PRESENTATION 

Our Royal Kombu is raised in the open sea. It thus benefits from all the power and benefits of the ocean and its protected area (NATURA 2000) in which it grows.

The seaweed is bleached in order to keep an iodine dosage adapted to the human body.

Flavor enhancer, it can be associated with meat and fish to enhance their flavor.

It is a complete and noble seaweed. 

Kombu means "happiness" in Japanese. VSThe latter also consume a lot of seaweed: 6 kg on average per year and per inhabitant!

DULSE

PALMARIA PALMATA

PRESENTATION 

Dulse is part of the red algae family.

Red / purple in color, it colors the water red during desalination!

It is eaten raw or cooked with a slight taste of hazelnut. She is sweet and tender.

It can also be used in cosmetics, in the garden, for animals...

It is a seaweed full of resources with a good iodized taste.

SEA BEAN
HIMANTHALIA ELONGATA

PRESENTATION 

These beans or "sea spaghetti" are easy to eat. 

 

They can be cooked like green beans!

From the family of brown algae, it is brown-green or olive-green and quite tender.

It's an easy seaweed to start learning about these foods.

Raw or cooked, it will seduce you in juices, pan-fried, with pasta,in a salad or ​ even in a sandwich.
