DULSE - Fresh salted, organic and Breton

Our organic dulse was harvested in aNATURA 2000 area.
Salted by hand using traditional techniques, it is sweet and tasty.
French organic edible seaweed and 100% Breton.
 
Dulse is part of the red algae family.

It is eaten raw or cooked with a slight taste of hazelnut. She is sweet and tender. When fried, it even tastes like bacon!

Dulse is the perfect seaweed for women: rich in iron, proteins, magnesium and vitamins that help us synthesize them... it goes wonderfully with our cycles.
 
It can also be used in cosmetics, in the garden, for animals...
 
It is a seaweed full of resources with a good iodized taste.
 
Are present in dulse: magnesium, proteins, vitamins A, B6, B12, C, iron and calcium.
