Harvested by hand, in southern Finistère (Zone Natura 2OOO preserved and controlled), it is slowly dehydrated to preserve all its nutritional and taste qualities.
 
Nori is rich in Umami, the fifth flavor.
It has a delicious smoky taste that will enhance all your dishes (omelettes, salads, cereals, gratins...).
 
Very rich in protein, vitamin B12, omega-3, iron (it is a red algae therefore rich in iron), potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus...
It is becoming scarce because demand is high. This is why our stock is limited.
 
It is also found in our Whale Blend along with sea lettuce and dulse.
